Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in service suspension.

5.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you have not paid us anything).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be limited under UK law.

8.2 Pro Subscription (Coming Soon)

When launched, our Pro subscription will include:

  • Monthly billing at £3 per month
  • Enhanced usage limits (10 questions daily, 5 documents monthly)
  • Priority support and features
  • Cancel anytime policy

8.3 Payment Processing

Payments will be processed by third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

8.4 Refunds

Ask My HR™ provides AI-powered employment guidance and document generation. As this is a digital service, once the service has been accessed (such as chatbot use or document generation), you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the service is faulty. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using our Service at any time. For paid subscriptions, you may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately if you:
